Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tedigo Maestro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Tedigo Maestro is a project management platform for teams that include both human members and AI agents. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Maestro provides a workspace where humans and AI agents share the same task list and execute work on connected real devices, with human checkpoints, retry logic, and review built into the workflow. Features include spaces, projects, tasks with dependencies, AI experts, device authorizations, and voice commands.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to use Maestro. You agree to provide accurate, current information, maintain the security of your password and any API tokens, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

If you use Maestro on behalf of an organization, the first member to register typically becomes the organization owner with administrative privileges. Owners and admins may invite or remove members.

4. Subscription and Payment

Maestro offers paid subscription plans, each starting with a 14-day trial that requires a valid payment method. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change prices with 30 days' notice for active subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Maestro to:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Upload, generate, or transmit malicious code, malware, or harmful payloads
  • Use AI agent execution to gain unauthorized access to systems you do not own or have explicit permission to access
  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, or access controls
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Maestro — projects, tasks, notes, code, conversation history. By using the Service, you grant Tedigo a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.

We do not use your content to train AI models. AI providers Tedigo engages for your prompts (Groq by default; OpenAI on the API execution path) do not train on API customer data per their terms. Engines you connect yourself — such as Claude or Codex running on your own devices under your own accounts and API keys — are governed by your own agreement with that provider.

7. AI Output and Responsibility

Maestro orchestrates AI agents across two kinds of engines: CLI engines that run on devices you connect under your own provider accounts (for example Claude Code or Codex CLI), and API engines Tedigo operates (Groq by default, or OpenAI on the API execution path — using your own key when you configure one). You acknowledge:

  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content, including code, before relying on it.
  • When AI agents execute on your devices, they act under your account and your environment's permissions. You are responsible for the security of those devices and the consequences of agent actions.
  • Tedigo provides human-checkpoint and retry tooling; using it well is your responsibility.
  • Tedigo does not control and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or consequences of AI output produced by third-party providers.

8. Third-Party Services

Maestro relies on third-party providers including Hetzner (infrastructure), Groq (default AI inference), OpenAI (API-path task execution — your own key when configured, otherwise Tedigo's budget-capped loaner), Google Gemini and Fixie.ai/Ultravox (voice assistant), and Stripe (payments). Engines running on your own devices under your own accounts (such as Claude via the Claude CLI, or Codex CLI) are not Tedigo subprocessors — Tedigo holds no Anthropic key, and your agreement with that provider governs. See our Privacy Policy for the current list and their roles.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Tedigo. Your use of the Service does not transfer any ownership rights in the Service itself or in our trademarks.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEDIGO'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO TEDIGO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100).

IN NO EVENT SHALL TEDIGO BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tedigo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, we retain your data for 90 days before permanent deletion (matching the retention period stated in our Privacy Policy), unless legal requirements dictate otherwise.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
